Paint from the Inside Out is a five-module oil painting course built around one idea: that the gap between what you imagine and what you paint is not a technique problem. It is a self-knowledge problem.
Over five modules and twelve lessons, you work through a structured process of reflection and discovery, using AI as a mirror, not a teacher. You finish with a Style Brief and a Master Prompt — a document that describes who you are as a painter, in your own words, drawn out of you by the process.
This is not a course about brushwork or composition. It is about finding out what you actually want to paint, and why.
